The Telesales Team Performance Coach is an exciting role that will help the Telesales Team become a team of High Performing People. Working closely with the Telesales Team Manager, the Telesales Team Performance Coach will offer specific coaching for members of the Telesales team to improve their development, performance and quality of work to support the delivery of objectives and ambitions, whilst identifying areas for continuous improvement.

To performance manage a team of advisors ensuring the deliverance of high quality Customer Service through sales.

To demonstrate the ability to motivate, coach and develop staff to achieve optimum results in this highly target driven environment.

We are looking for individuals, with proven sales experience in a similar environment, to sell our products to new customers, in a telesales capacity. Based at our Doxford International office in Sunderland.

An opportunity exists for a high calibre HVAC or Building Services Engineer within our Central Engineering Support Function at our Barnwood office. Working within our Gas and Auxiliary Plant Group you will be an experienced engineer undertaking a key role in providing technical support to ensure the safe and reliable operation of our Nuclear Power Station Fleet.

You will investigate, analyse and resolve technical problems at our power stations. This will include specifying plant modifications, preparing safety submissions, investigation, review and resolution of plant issues and support to Technical Governance within the plant area.

This post is within the Design Standards and Assurance team within Asset Management reporting to the Design Standards Manager (Civil) based at Atlantic House Crawley, West Sussex.

To contribute to the development of civil design standards and policies for substations, tunnels, bridges open compounds, and other associated activities where correct structural design is essential to the integrity and serviceability of the asset.

• Support Head of Financial Control to establish, implement and manage Nuclear New Build (NNB) Credit Risk process, procedures and methodologies, in line with EDF Energy (UK)’s Credit Risk Policy, to ensure NNB’s credit exposure from its procurement activities is accurately measured, monitored and mitigated.
• Assist and lead in the negotiation of credit support documentation as well as key credit provisions in procurement contracts.
• Management responsibility for Credit Risk Analyst.

To ensure the Quality Assurance requirements for the supply of Materials, Equipment and Construction Works are rigorously applied and enforced in accordance with the Project Procedures and Standards. This position is one of oversight and stewardship, and large scale project experience is required. An in depth knowledge of heavy civil projects such as bulk earthworks and reinforced concrete structures is essential. Familiarity with nuclear civil engineering standards: ETC-C and ETC-F and concrete standards: BS EN 197-1, BS EN 206-1, BS EN 8500 and UK Building Regulations is required, with experience on the implementation of safety and environmental regulations.

To enact the role of intelligent customer for the electrical systems aspects of the safety case for new build. To understand the requirements placed on the electrical systems, structures and components (SSCs) important to nuclear safety by the safety case and to ensure the safety case is not compromised during the design, procurement, construction and operational phases.
